Our function room is located on the top floor of the phanTECHNIKUM and can be rented for conferences, workshops or meetings during and outside of our opening hours. The room can be accessed through the exhibition or separately through a rear entrance.

PRICES

The daily flat rate including media technology is 450.00 EUR plus VAT. For 4 hours we charge 290.00 EUR plus VAT. If the rental takes place outside opening hours, costs will be incurred for the deployment of our staff. Within opening hours, a visit to the museum for your guests is included.

Rent a cafeteria

Our cafeteria on the ground floor can be used for small to medium-sized events, such as birthdays, company parties, meetings, etc.

A large glass façade opens up the view of the inner courtyard with a terrace, which can of course also be used.

The daily rate is €295.00 plus VAT. Four hours cost €175.00 plus VAT. If the rental period falls outside opening hours, costs will be incurred for the deployment of our staff. Within opening hours, a visit to the museum for your guests is included.

The spatial centerpiece of the permanent exhibition – here you can organize extraordinary festivities. Your guests will meet, celebrate and dine under the great aviators of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and in the company of outstanding aviation pioneers.

LARGE EVENTS

The air hall of the phanTECHNIKUM offers you the ideal location for a special occasion. Extraordinary festivities can be held under the large aircraft of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, such as the glider of Otto Lilienthal. The air hall houses some museum exhibits, which have to be cleared out of the hall or closed off to visitors in advance during large events. In addition, there are personnel costs for assembly and dismantling, as well as for an on-site contact person. A wide range of seating and design options, as well as access to the inner courtyard, perfectly round off this venue. The air hall can be rented for events with 100 or more people.

SMALL PREMIUM EVENTS

We are also happy to make the air hall available for small premium events for up to 50 people. These types of events can only take place outside of opening hours. It is not necessary to clear out the air hall for these events. We are happy to provide you with individual advice or to arrange a viewing appointment. The daily flat rate in this case is based on agreement and effort.

PRICES

The daily flat rate for large events is EUR 5,000 plus VAT plus the necessary costs for personnel who must be present to secure the event.

museum workshop

The museum workshop is located on the ground floor of the phanTECHNIKUM, behind the in-house laboratory. The room is equipped with school desks and benches, and workbenches are available at the window wall. There is also a PC station and monitor.
