FOKUS:INNOVATION - Made in MV
FOKUS:INNOVATION exhibition opens on December 12
On December 12, 2024, the Technical State Museum of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern will open the cabinet exhibition FOKUS:INNOVATION. The thematic kick-off will be the sustainable production of insulating materials from seagrass, an innovative approach by the regional company Build Blue.
The exhibition is part of a flexible and changeable exhibition concept that combines historical perspectives with current technical innovations. The aim of FOKUS:INNOVATION is to focus on regional technical developments in business, science and industry and link these to global issues such as sustainability and climate change.
Funded by the German Foundation for Commitment and Volunteering, the project sees itself as a space for dialog and exchange. It invites the public to actively engage with the challenges and potential of technological advances.
The vernissage for the exhibition will take place on December 11, 2024 at 18:00. Visitors will be able to gain initial insights into the project and learn how the company Build Blue is using seagrass as a natural, recyclable building material to redefine ecological and technical standards in the construction industry.
